The story
I’m entering this card in MFT color challenge 171.
Product/technique notes
I stamped my paisley images in the round with the four colors in Distress Oxide inks and added matching aqua sequins for some sparkle.
If I'm not scrapbooking I'm thinking about scrapbooking!

I’m entering this card in MFT color challenge 170.
I stamped these MFT flowers in Distress Oxide inks and added texture to the gray background cardstock with an embossing folder before assembling my card.
Autumns in central Texas are quite different from those we had in northeast Ohio. The temperatures dip less. The change of leaves is more muted. The smell of decay is softer. But it’s all there, nonetheless, signaling the time to hunker down is coming. (This photo was taken in fall 2019 in our back yard.)
I created this page for the sketch challenge during the Victoria Marie September online crop. I would normally share the sketch I used, but because this was a paid event I don’t believe I should. I used products from the Little Yellow Bicycle Acorn Hollow collection and stamped the labels that hold my journaling.
Phil took this photo of Mom and me while we were out for some shopping and lunch during my visit to North Carolina in September 2016. Just good old-fashioned mugging for the camera before digging in. #goodtimes
I created this page for a challenge during the Victoria Marie August online crop, which called for using old items from your stash. Trust me, this is all old stash because I haven’t bought any new supplies in quite a while. But the oldest item is the stamp I used to create the “Let’s do: coffee, lunch, etc.” element. It is from a 2007 stamp set from Inkadinkado.
My brother and I participated in the Scouts when we were in grade school. This 1976 photo of Phil all dressed and saluting before heading to his Cub Scouts meeting is just too cute.
I created this page for the Packing List Challenge during the Paper Issues online crop, which called for using 5 items from a list they provided. I used blue, yellow, stamps, circles, and flair. I designed and cut the hexagons cut file on my Cricut and backed it with patterned papers from the Echo Park That’s My Boy collection.
